Information for Henry was taken from Death Certificate on file in Onslow Co. Courthouse. Informant was his son, Furnie Heath. No year of birth was listed. Age is given as "about 66".

Henry and his wife, Sally Foster, are buried in a small cemetery in the woods off Francktown Rd., near Richlands, Onslow County, NC. The cemetery is overgrown with small shrubs and bushes. Due to hurricanes, several trees have been uprooted, and have fallen on the grave markers. The markers of Henry and Sally are in good condition.

Entry 9 on Death Certificate: Occupation appears to be "Inmate at Co. Home". Further research is required.

An e-mail from Allen Futrelle, of Richlands, NC, dated 17 Feb 2001, provided some insight into the above annotation on Sally's death certificate. He stated, " On Sally Foster, it's true she was at the county home which was off of highway 258 going towards Jacksonville from Richlands". Allen is the great grandson of Ada Foster and Owen Wilson Futrell. His father is Clyde Futrell.
