Notes for Harry Whitney Fisk:
In 1894 Harry left his boyhood home in Adrian, Lenawee Co., Mich. to seek his fortune in Washington State. He found employment at the Kelso Bros. Ranch in the Yakima Valley. He later went into partnership with W. L. Dimmick. Together they leased 2,000 acres of farm land which they put into wheat. Two of Harry's sisters soon came out from Michigan to share in his successes. Gertrude Fisk married Harry's partner Dimmick.
