Here's what I have to run with so far:Information for the ancestors of my maternal grandmother:Adelaide Lucile Vaughn Ours (b. ~ 1912): Parents Adelaide (middle name?) McEnerney Vaughn/ Piedmont?, CA and Sidney Parham Vaughn of Mississippi? Paternal grandparents: Carolyn (sp.?) Parham of Mississippi or Carolinas and ??? Vaughn of Mississippi.Information for the ancestors of my maternal grandfather:Statton Ray Ours, Jr. (b. 1911): Parents Myrtle Bean (originally MacBean - Scottish) and Statton Ray Ours. Both from West Virginia, I think; either Romney or Petersberg.Hope this information is useful to someone. |
