The Tamanos of the Philippines

Updated February 4, 2005

This site is envisioned to gather, collate and develop the Salsila for the Bangsa Moro people so as to establish a tree depicting our common ancestor.

So far, there are five (5) salsila databases available -- the genealogy of the Amanoddin, Amntak, Batabor, Lao, Tabao, and the Tamano families. More will be added in the process and soon, we will be able to develop and establish the common root of the bangsa Moro peoples as we branched out horizontally, downward and upward with the roots of siblings' wives or husbands.
Many hours of work have been put into the research and documentation of these ancestors. I hope you will benefit from the information presented here. If you have information or comments to certain records, I would appreciate very much if you can send me the right information.

This Salsila site is not limited to the Maranao tribe. If you have salsila of your family, clan or tribe, you can send it to me and I'll have it programmed and published too. In the process, we will be able to establish or trace our common root.
