William Magee and Hannah (Fint)arrived in the Genesee country of New York State in the late 1790s along with William's brother Henry Magee and his wife Sarah (Mulholland). A great deal of information for this family has been derived from family notes, letters, diaries, Bibles, and charts made by earlier generations all of which has been handed down for the last 150 years in the family.
