* My Carrico & Booker Grandparents, and Theirs*

Updated October 14, 2002

I am gathering data on ALL CARRICO FAMILIES. [The general consensus among Carrico Researchers is that all Carrico's in the United States, that were here c1850's, are descended from immigrant Peter Carrico and his son's.] Please contact me if you have any Carrico's hanging around in your family tree.

My Booker Line is descended from immigrant Johann Ulrich Bucher, son of Jacob & Anna Margaretha Bucher of Zaberfeld and Michelbach, Germany.

Some Locations: Anne Arundel & Charles Co.'s, MD; Albemarle, Patrick & Shenandoah Co.'s, VA; Glouster Co., NJ; (Long Island) Suffolk Co., NY; Ashe/Rowan/Surry Co., NC; Brown & Hamilton Co.'s, OH; Bourbon, Fayette, Harrison, Jefferson, Jessamine, Lawrence, Spencer Co.'s, KY; Jasper Co., IL; Most of these families ended up in Sullivan Co., Indiana (and surrounding area).

I have assorted information on various branches of both family trees. I have yet to verify all of the information I have. Some has sources, some not. At any rate, I am anxious to exchange information with other Family Researchers. I hope that you are interested in doing so, as well. I would be grateful for anything you could send me, and happy to send you information on my lines.
