Notes for Paul Hudson Mckoy: I was told by Paul Hudson daughter Rebecca J. Alexander a story regarding her father. One day Paul was out drinking with some friends. Something caused a fight to break out. Paul Hudson was cut almost to death by a man named Ardell Faceson. this man left my grandfather in the road to die. Just so happened Cousin Love happened to be riding by and stoped to help him and took him to Columbus County Hospital. My grandmother and her children were very thankful for cousin Love because he saved Pauls life. If Love would not have stoped Paul hudson would have bleed to death. I wonder what ever happened to Ardell Faceson. I remeber one night I was at my father in law (James F. Tate) lhouse. I also use to drink very heavey. You see my husband use to fool around alot with other women. There was this one girl her name was Val she was bold enough to come to my inlaws house when they had parties. So on this night we were partying because my husband had just got out of jail. Well Val was there. and befor you knew it me and her was at it. She was stupid because everytime I saw her I use to kick her behind. Then she started messing with James uncle Joe. And some where down the years we became some what friends . That's another story. Again I say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
