On the reverse side of this photo was hand printed, "Grandma Tedford" It is felt strongly that it was written by Edgar A. Tedford, as it appears to be in his hand. This would indicate, she would have been his grandmother, Edith Hudson-Tedford, the wife of William Carroll Tedford of Hardeman County, Tennessee and Tippah ounty, MS.
