The Teffeteller-Russel or Khougaz-Sakkal Family Home Page

I am researching The surnames of Teffeteller, Russel, Khougaz and Sakkal. My father is Elmer Jay Teffeteller, born in Blunt, Tenn. on September 1,1931. His father was George Teffeteller married to Neppie Russel. My mother is Mary Ann Khougaz, born in Queens, New York on August 1, 1926. Her Father was Jalil Khougaz, born in Seria on April 1, 1893. He was married to Nazha Sakkal, born in Seria on December 14, 1900.
The Teffeteller family mainly lived in Maryville, Tennessee. The Khougaz Family Came from Seria to New York, then finally settling in the San Fernando Valley,Ca.
