Some locations include Michigan, Massachusetts, Vermont, New York, Alabama & Texas. ****TEMPLES IN THE CENSUS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 1790 TO 1930**** “TEMPLES IN THE CENSUS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 1790 to 1930” is a listing of all known individuals in the United States with a TEMPLE or TEMPLES surname including spouses and children. The main body sorts families by location. The index sorts alphabetically by given name. Even the children and wifes are indexed. To simplify a search I have added many little features such as person’s first name (if known) when initials are given in the census. There are charts throughout the book to help in your search. Another feature includes a reference number of each household head when known. Those who are listed in “The Rise of the Temples” use reference numbers given by Albert R. Temple and Danny D. Smith. There is even a cross reference chart to find matching individuals in Levi Temple’s “Some Temple Pedigrees. Other lines such as southern Temples are assigned a reference number given by my computer’s software.
