"all our respective and undivided shares of two tracts or parcels of land will to the said Elijah Walker, dec'd by his father Adam Walker and said Elijah died in his noage and intestate. The first part being part of a tract originally granted to Charles Walker under the hand Charles G Montague in February, 1767 and by the will of said Charles divided between his sons Charles and Adam Walker and a remnant of said Adam's part. The other tract of 30a was conveyed to Adam Walker 20 Jan. 1796 land situated on Sandy River... no boundaries given."
