I am researching the Tew family from Barbour County, Alabama, especially the descendants of Asa Allen Tew, Sr. and Asa Allen Tew, Jr. Asa Allen Tew, Sr. married Elizabeth Carroll on 28 December 1871; they had nine children. Asa Allen Tew, Jr. married Minnie Victoria Dubose in 1923; they had eight children. The Asa Allen Tew, Sr. family was located in the Blue Springs-Clio area in Barbour County, in an area known as the Tew School community. Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
