The Harland Thacker Family Home Page

I am researching the THACKER family. Ancestors are James M. Thacker, married Frances Ann Blanton. They were in the 1860 Cherokee County GA census and James was captured by the Northern Army and was a POW and died at Point Lookout Maryland Confederate Prison in 1864. He was also in Company "D" 31 Reg GA Infantry. Any help will be appreciated. Some of their childres was James K. Thacker, Willaim Arthur Thacker and Francis Marion. Any help will be appreciated.
