Welcome to my new home page. As I am just getting started be patient with me.I am researching several surnames in addition to the obvious Stanley name.The Stanley family that I am researching are descendants of Thomas Stanley and Mary Holme who are recorded as being in Virginia in the late 1600's.I am also researching these surnames: Reed, Bogan, Buchholz, Whitacre, List, Rhubart and Spencer.Currently I am looking for the parents of Charles Reed. He was born in southwestern Ohio, probably Butlerville, May 2, 1860. He died March 10, 1923 in North Bend, Nebraska. He married Ida Whitacre in Ohio sometime before 1896. Ida and Charles had three children: Frances Russell, Gilbert Nae and Emma (married name Miller). I would be happy to share any information I have with you or to accept any help you might give me in my research. |
