| I am looking for information on the Allemand Family. Juan Allemand and his wife Juana Ramirez immigrated to South Louisiana from the Canary Islands in 1778. They had three sons: Antonio, Baltasar, and Pedro, and two daughters: Josefa and Sevastiana. The Allemands lived in the area around Lafourche and Assumption Parishes. |
