I am researching the following surnames; Thens, Thinz, Thins, Shallenberger, Campbell, Jacobs, and Kinney. My great-great-great Grandfather on my Mother's side was born in Birmingham, PA. His name was Andrew Perry Kinney, his wife's name was Evalin Owens and they are buried in the Presbyterian Cemetery in Birmingham, PA. On my Father's side, I am trying to get information on my great-great-grandfather who lived in Leipzig, Germany and used the surname Thinz, since that time the name has been Amercanized to "Thens". These names along with the Campbells' of Johnstown, Shallenberger's of Johnstown and Pgh. are my primary search.
