Jeanne-Francois was a Sister of the St-Augustin Order. Jeanne became a Nun at
the Augustine Convent at Quebec in 1664. It is also recorded that she became
Soeur Ste. Gertrude(St Augustin) in Quebec,Quebec,Canada on 4 May 1662. She was
the first Nun professed in Canada.
