My family lived around and in Stevenson, Alabama. My grandfather was Louis Cole and my grandmother was Mattie Ella Jordan. My mother was Ruth Ella Cole. My family belonged to the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Stevenson. Most are buried at the Cargil cemetary and the funerals were handled by Rudder Funeral Home. I am also researching the HAWKINS, BARNES, and JOHNSON family lines from Maryland. My grandfather was Jacob Hawkins and he was born in DuBois PA. His mother's name was Betty Clark. Most of the family lives in St. Mary's Co. Md. I am willing to share any information and all help would be approciated. Thank you. Diann Thompson |
