| This is the Thompson family home page including research to date on Joshua Thompson of Morris Township, Morris County, New Jersey. Joshua was born on March 24, 1795. Unfortunately, the trail grows cold there... However, the research I have covers most of Joshua's relatives with a focus on the line from Joshua, to his son Ora, and to my Great-Great-Grandfather, Levi Jared Thompson. Additionally, this site covers what we have been able to gather on my wife's family, the Wortmans, going back as far as Lawrentz Seeman and Mary Reel Seeman Wortman, of France, born in 1842. Of particular interest on this side of the family is an extensive history of a genetic disease, Malignant Hyperthermia. |
