I am researching the Thurston, Eggelston, Trout and Goff families that lived in the Rochester, Buffalo and Western New York area. I am starting from the 1990's and going back. My mother was Joy Lois Goff from Buffalo, her father was Levi Goff and mother was Lois Goff. My father was Richard Keith Thurston from Rochester, New York His Mother was from the Trout family his father left when dad was 3 months old and was headed to New York City, N.Y. I have 2 brothers Lee Allen Thurston born July 10, 1954, and Randy Keith Thurston born August 27, 1957.
I was born in Rochester, N.Y. October 5, 1995. I grew up in the Newark, Canandaiguia, Honeye Falls, Spencerport, Rochester and Victor areas. I am currently Retired from the Army after 21 years, disabled from a pararchute accident in 1994. I retired in Feburary 27,1997. Since then we moved to San Angelo, Texas and will be here for some time.
