Tietbohl, 500 West Second Avenue, South Williamsport, died at the Divine Providence Hospital early today, Thursday, Jan 22, 1953. Born in South Williamsport Dec. 22, 1888, the daughter of Benjamin F. and Mary Latshaw Auchmuty, Mrs. Tietbohl was a mem,ber of Messiah's Lutheran Church, Baldwin Commandery Auxillary, No. 22, Chapter No. 321 of the Order of the Eastern Star, Daughters of the American Revolution and the Williamsport Clio Club.
Surviving besides her husband are one son, John, South Williamsport; six daughters, Mrs A.W. Blumberg and Mrs. William Guinter, this city; Mrs. Dean C. Chamberlain, Springfield, Mass.; Mts. John Dangle, South Williamsport, Mrs. Fred Dahlgren, Troy and Cleo, at home; 14 grandchildren and one brother, R. Bruce Auchmuty, this city.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 1 East Central Avenue, South Williamsport. The Rev. E. Raymond Shaheen, pastor of Messiah's Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery at the convenience of the family. The family requests that friends omit flowers. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 Saturady evening.
