I am searching for information about the TIEDEMANN or BLECKWEDEL families who lived in or near Baderkasse, Germany. Peter Herman TIEDEMANN came to Brooklyn, but settled in Silver Creek New York with his new bride, Sophie Marie BLECKWEDEL I'd also be interested in learning more about Herman Tiedemann who lived in Chicago but moved to Arizona. It is rumored he flew for Howard Huges. The other branch I'm researching is the CHARTERIS family from County York in England. William, married to Eliza Corrie Charteris was a surgeon in Brighome, England. His son, William, came to USA to marry his bride, Grace WRIGHTSON because she was the maid of the house.
