In the following pages you will find the family tree of the Ferdinand Tietz. Ferdinand and his wife Friedricke were married in 1858, they came to America in 1862 and settled in Wisconsin. One year late they moved and settled in an area near Heidelberg, MN located 2 miles west and 4 miles south of New Prague. This area is often referred to as Lanesburg. They had 4 sons, August, Karl, Herman and William.
I need help in finding the relatives of William Tietz, who lived in South St. Paul, MN. He and his wife Sophia Maske had 4 children Arthur b 1909 d. 1975, William b. 1905 d. 1975, Hilda and Fredrieka Tietz French. B 1902 Died 1990 South St. Paul. Fredricka married John French.
William Jr. may have gone to the St. Cloud area.
Also Ferdinand had a younger brother, Robert. Robert headed west sometime in the 1870 to 1880 era. More information on him would also be greatly appreciated.
