Welcome to my genealogy page. I have traced my maternal lineage back to the Mayflower and the Ann. My entire maternal line is from the Otis/Becket/Huntington area of Massachusetts....with some coming from New York and perhaps Canada originally. Others were Native Americans, Penobscot and Seneca. My paternal side all came from Canada and originally, France. I would eventually like to find the ship that they came from France on. They all ended up in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Some of my family surnames are: Maternal: BALCH, FARNHAM, DANIELS, ATWOOD, SOULES, CLARK, CLARKE, WARREN, CHURCH Paternal: CARRIER, CARRIERE, CARRIERES, LEROUX, PARENT, ST. GERMAINE
My husband's side of the family are all from the South. His paternal side originated from England. They ended up settling in the Carolina/Georgia/Florida areas. We believe there to be Native American (Cherokee and Navajo) on possibly both the maternal and paternal sides of my husband's family and we continue to research these lines. Some of his family surnames are: TINER, TYNER, SWEAT, COXWELL, TAYLOR, BROWN, GOODHINE. If you would like to view more of my database records, please click on one of the choices below.
Happy Researching!!
