The Brama line goes to Italy with Bernie's parents. His maternal great-grandparents lived in Province of Piedmonte before emigrating to Montevideo, Uraguay because their own parents objected to the marriage of a Protestant and a Catholic. His paternal great-grandparents lived in the province near Rome. The Gignac line goes to City of Windsor & Essex county, Canada before ending up in France in the 1600 & 1700's.
