Obiturary from Newspaper:
James O. "Tip" of Plano, passed away January 5, 1998. Retired from American Airlines as a Captain after 30 years of service. Member of the Grey Eagles and Masons with the Riverside Lodge No. 1194. Preceded in death by parents, John & Pearl Tolley Tipton and daughter, Charlotte Anne. Survived by wife, Grace R. Tipton, daughter Jeanine Woolweaver; and step-children. Services will be wednesday January 7, at the Restland Wildwood Chapel. Interment will be in Restland Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Parkinsonism Society of Dallas, TX.
