Alexander was a labourer, born about 1805, in Pittsburg Township, Frontenac County, [Kingston area], Ontario, Canada. I believe his son was Alexander Tisdale, born 1842, who moved to Belleville, Ontario with his wife Mary Jane [nee: Kane].
I can trace all my family from Belleville and think I have a lot of relatives in Kingston.......although I'm not sure, since there was never any mention of them. "Tisdale" is not a very common name and I'm sure any Tisdale's in Kingston circa 1805 were all related.
I would be grateful to hear from anyone related to this man or his wife.
