The Richard Titcombe Family Page

I am researching the TITCOMBE family form Berkshire, England. My great grandfather, Edwin Titcombe, was born sometime between 1875 and 1885 in the village of Watchfield, which was then in the county of Berkshire. He was the youngest of 17 children!
His father, John Titcombe, was born in 1832 and married Hannah Read(e) at Watchfield. Hannah was born in 1837/8, and the first reference that I have to her is in the 1851 census which lists her as 13 years of age. There is no reference to John being a resident of Watchfield at that time, but as he was a shepherd he may well have originated from another nearby village.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. I am also willing to share any information that I have.
