This covered brige built over Cross Creek in Wayne Township Jeff. Co Oh. Located on the Charles Maxwell property where he built a saw and grist mill on the creek. The huge stone foundation was still there in early 2004, but later in the year a flood washed the foundation away. Charles Maxwell built the roof over the bridge in 1818 for a cost of $60.00. In 2004 a flood on Cross Creek swept away the remaining foundation of this covered bridge at Reed's Mill Jeff. Co. Oh.
