John Tomberlin of Irwin County sold to J K Harrian for $175, lot 41 in the lot district of originally Muscogie County, but now Monroe County, consisting of 202½ acres; and lots 22 and 23 in the 7th district of Appling County, 490 acres each; and lot 124 in the 2nd district of Appling County.  A total of 1672 acres.

Mershon Tomberlin sold to the Board of Education, lot 3, 4th district, for $1 and other favorable considerations. "Should land cease to be used for literary school purposes, it is to revert to the body of land from which it is taken."

J. M, Tomberlin sold to M.D. Tomberlin, W.C. Aycock, and B.W. Medders, as trustees of Meridian Congregational Church, 1 acre in the south east corner of lot 3, 3rd district. "It is understood and agreed upon that this deed is made for church purposes and when said land ceases to be used as such, the title reverts to the grantor herein."
