Eugene Aurilious Tucker (b. October 25, 1852, d. February 19, 1946)

Eugene Aurilious Tucker (son of Absalum Tucker and Eliza Jane Coffin) was born October 25, 1852 in New Philadelphia, IN, and died February 19, 1946 in Pender, NE. He married Lettie Caroline Hungate on December 25, 1879 in Herman, NE, daughter of Thomas Cormwell Hungate and Ann Haseltine Judson Martin.

Notes for Eugene Aurilious Tucker:
Eugene Tucker came to the Pender area about May 20, 1884, twenty days after the Reservation was opened for settlement, and bought a homestead rights on 160 acres four miles west of Pender. There was no Pender in those days.

In 1892 they sold their homestead and purchased a farm one mile west of Pender.
They retired the spring of 1918 and moved into Pender.
