Spicer - Originating in N. Wilkesboro, NC. Group of relatives moved to Pennsylvania some time before 1933. John married unknown in N. Wilksboro PA and had 9 children, Charles, Wayne, Paul, Chester, Walter, Edith, Helen and unknown. John Spicer then married Tate Shumate in N. Wilksboro after his first wifes death. Tate was bequeathed to John at an early age (?). They had 4 children, Randall, Louette, Ruth & Lucy. Shumate - (spelling?) from same area in NC.
Hall - Washington DC area to Pennsylvania to Miami, FL to DeLand FL. Grandfather of David & Robert Hall was a police sherrif or constable.
