I am reserching the Toungate, Daniels, Ives and Kirchman family line. Meredith Toungate b.1818 Toungate has many spellings ( Tongat, Toungat, Tongot, Tongate, Tungate. Tongett, Tunget, Tungat, Tougett, Tunguett.) Ira Ives great grandfather, Nellie Ives my grandmother first wife to Edward Lee Toungate. Ed's 2nd wife Ida Ann Simons. Two of his children married two of her children. Kirchman, Robert Keaton Edward and Nancy Florance Lillian were twins. b. Tilman Texas. Will share information. facts and stories handed down. |
