I am researching The Toyne Family Tree. They origionated from England. I am willing to exchange information with any relatives. The decendants of Thomas Toyne Sr. and Ann Robinson immigrated here from Willoughton, England. There were six of the children who came over in the 1880's. They were John, Rebecca,George, Joseph, Wilson and Thomas. Robinson came over for a while but went back and Elijah never immigrated. John married Elizabeth Gleadell. Rebecca married Utting Houseman. George married Rebecca Bolton, then Juletta Jane Scranton. Joseph married Elizabeth Bentley, then Elizabeth Taylor. Wilson married Susan Huntsberger. Thomas married Ann Denton. John, Rebecca and Wilson settled in Muscatine County Iowa as farmers. George and Thomas settled in Carroll County Iowa as farmers. Joseph settled in Olympia, Washington.
