| When I first started my search, I was hoping to find information on my WALKER family. This search has now encompassed several surnames. My brick wall continues to be NOAH WALKER, known to have received a land grant in Liberty District, Texas in Nov. 1839. Known children L. Murray, James D., Robert, David, and William. I descend from James D. Walker. My other brick wall is EDWARD LOGAN, known to be in Limestone Co. Texas on 1-17-1894 when he married Sallie ALDRIDGE (Sarah Eveline). Edward had at least one brother named Milton LOGAN who lived for many years in Snyder, TX. This is possibly THOMAS MILTON LOGAN. |
