Nancy Comfort was born August 6, 1802 in Orange County, New York. On July 25, 1820 she married Hiram Crawford in Beamsville, Canada. She died June 4, 1884, and Hiram died September 2, 1852; both in Michigan. They had 11 children; however, I only know of 8 at the present time: Sarah Crawford Keith, Edwin Crawford, Robert Crawford, Henry Crawford, David (D.C.) Crawford, Hiram Crawford, James Crawford, and Prosper Crawford.
