Prince (Prentice)Edgerton Tripp (son of Edward Lounsberry Tripp and Ada Adaline Edgerton) was born May 16, 1892 in Kalamazoo Kalamazoo Co., MI, and died February 18, 1932 in Panama Canal. He married Anna Gertrude Adams on August 25, 1919 in Toledo, Ohio, daughter of Edward Liden Adams.

Prince Tripp enlisted in the Army when he was 15. He also served from 13 June 1914 to 18 Feb 1932 as a communications officer in the Army. He had a distinguished career serving in such exotic places as China and the Panama Canal Zone. Prince died at corozal, Panama Canal in a car accident. His wife and son moved back to the states settling in South Haven, Mi. They lived in the house he had inherited from his mother, Ada Edgerton, who had died only one month earlier.

Prince's father lived in Philadelphia. I think Prince went to visit him and Met his wife Gertrude ADAMS who worked in the city as a hat maker
