1810- The will of Rebecca Warnock dated 3 December 1810 left all her money, after payment of debts and funeral charges, to be equally divided between 2 Grandson David, son of William deceased.. and William son of John to be paid when they were 21.. her cow went to son Robert and to her daughters Jane Ferrell, Mary McDonald, and Martha Stewart she left her bed and bed clothes and body clothes to be divided equally as deemed fit.. Witness to the will were the executor, John Farris, and Joseph and James Ferrell, Ohio Co, West Va. Will bk 2 pg 18 Ross B Johnson, West Virginia Estate Settlements ( !9077) Pg 99..
