Your petitioners, Robert L. Williams and his wife Mary W. Williams in the ir own behalf and their infant children, John R. Williams, Charley William s, Jessie J. Williams, Margaret A. King, nee Williams and her husband Walt er J. King, respectfully represent and show to your honorable body. Th at the aforesaid Mary W. Williams is one eighth Choctaw Indian and is lawf ully to and living with her co-petitioner, Robert L. Williams, and that t he other petitioners above mentioned, with the exception of Walter J. King ,
are the lawful children and minor descendants of of the aforesaid Robe rt L. Williams and Mary W. Williams, and that the aforesaid Walter J. Ki ng is lawfully married to and living with the above named Margaret A. Kin g, nee Williams. Your petitioners further show that the aforesaid Ma ry W. Williams is the lawful child and descendant of John Tucker and Marg aret Tucker each of whom was a one eighth Choctaw Indian, and that the afo resaid Margaret Tucker was the lawful child and descendant of Elizabeth Tu cker who was a one fourth Choctaw Indian , and who was the lawful child a nd descendant of Abigail
Glenn (nee Rogers), and the aforesaid John Tucker was the lawful child a nd descendant of Margaret Tucker, who was a one fourth Choctaw Indian, a nd who was the lawful child and descendant of the aforesaid Abigail Glen n, who was a one half Choctaw Indian , and who was during the year of 18 33 and long prior to said time a member of the Choctaw Nation or Tri be of Indians, and did at said time live among the said Indians, and enj oy all the rights of a Choctaw Indian, and was at said time and long pri or thereto recognized by the authorities of the said nation as a memb er of the said nation of
Indians. Wherefore the premises considered, your petitioners pray that th eir names

Affidavit of Robert L. Williams
My name is Robert L. Williams, my age 42 years, my residence is at South C anadian, Indian Territory. I have lived within the Choctaw Nation abo ut 31 years. I was married to my wife, Mary W. Williams, on March 14th, 1 872. She was a daughter of John Tucker and Margaret Tucker. Accordi ng to her
family history as I have learned from her and from her relatives, s he is a one eighth Choctaw Indian. Her father, John Tucker, was a one eig hth Choctaw Indian and was the son of Margaret Tucker, who was one four th Choctaw Indian, who was the daughter of Abigail Glenn. Her mother, Mar garet Tucker, was a one eighth Choctaw Indian, and was the daughter of Eli zabeth Tucker, who was a one fourth Choctaw Indian, who was the daught er of the above mentioned Abigail Glenn. According to this family histo ry Abigail Glenn was a one half Choctaw Indian, and was recognized by t he authorities of the Choctaw Nation as a member of said Nation when the C hoctaws were leaving their old Nation east of the Mississippi River. My w ife and I have had born to us the following named children, who are now
living within the Choctaw Nation, to-wit: Charley Williams, age 8 year s, John R. Williams, age 20 years, Margaret Williams, now married to Walt er J. King, age 16? years, Jessie J. Williams, age 5 years.
I am well acquainted with Charles Rhoads and Margaret E. Rhoads. They li ve within the Choctaw Nation and have lived and have lived within the nati on for the past 18 years. Margaret A. Rhoads was a daughter of Francis Ba rnes who was one eighth Choctaw Indian and who was the daughter of the abo ve
mentioned Elizabeth Tucker. Margaret A. Rhoads was first married to Mos es Riddle, a full blood Choctaw Indian. They lived together as husband a nd wife until he died. He died at least 30 years ago. After his death s he married Charles Rhoads. She is the lawful mother of the following name d
children who are now living within the Choctaw Nation, to-wit: Mary A. Pat e, age 20 years, Alexander Rhoads age 17 years, Nancy P. Rhoads age 11 yea rs, and Mandy L. Rhoads, age 9 years. The above mentioned Mary A. Pa te is now married to and living with Thomas Pate. They are living within
the Choctaw Nation.

She was born 1854 in Missouri. He married (2) MARY MATHIS May 05, 1879 in Sebastian Co., Arkansas. She was born 1861 in Sebastian County, Arkansas, and died 1894 in Sebastian County, Arkansas. He married (3) CORNELIA ALICE BRICKEY Abt. 1896. She was born October 03, 1853 in Henderson Co., KY, and died 1903 in Sebastian County, Arkansas. He married (4) MARY ETTA RAY 1907 in Sebastian Co., Arkansas. She was born 1871, and died 1941.

TO THE ABOVE NAMED HONORABLE COMMISSION:
James Tucker, your petitioner, states that I am a son of John Tucker, and wife, Margaret, whose maiden name was also Tucker, father of claimant w as a son of Edward Tucker and Margaret Tucker, that said Margaret Tuck er my grandmother on my father's side, was the daughter of Abigail Glenn ( Nee Rogers) that my mother Margaret Tucker (Nee Tucker) was a daughter of Wyatt Tucker and Elizabeth Tucker (Nee Glenn) that my grandmothe r, Elizabeth (Nee Glenn) on my mother's side was a daughter of Abigail Gl enn (Nee Rogers), that as above shown my father and mother was full cousi ns and both grandchildren of the said Abigail Glenn (Nee Rogers), that said Abigail Glenn (Nee Rogers) was a Choctaw Indian of the half blood, and was known a nd recognized as such in the old Choctaw Nation in Miss., and was allow ed all the rights and privileges of other Choctaws in said Nation. That under the laws, customs and usages of the Choctaw Indians , and the laws of the Unit ed States and treaties made with said Choctaw Indians, your petition er is entitled to all the rights, privileges, benefits and annuities of ot her Choctaw Indians by blood. That there are now living legal descendan ts of your petitioner five persons as follows, to-wit:
Darthula Tucker, a daughter, born March 8th, 1880.
Artala Tucker, a daughter, born July 17th, 1882
Venelie Tucker, a daughter, born September 19th, 1884
John B. Tucker, a son, born April 15th, 1888
Laure Tucker, a daughter, born September 22nd, 1889 (should say Lorena)
That said children are of this petitioner are the result of a legal marri age between this petitioner and Mary Mathis, which was consummated, May 5 th, 1879.
WHEREFORE, the premises considered, your petitioner prays that his name together those of his descendants aforesaid, Darthula Tucker, Artala T ucker, Vernelie Tucker, John B. Tucker, & Lorena Tucker, be enrolled and a dmitted to all the rights, benefits, privileges, and annuities of other Choctaw Indians in the Choctaw Nation of the Indian Territory, and your petitioner will ever pray.
