I'm Lisa Clements Tucker. My Webpage will contain genealogy information on all my various families and my husband, Charles E. "Jack" Tucker's families. My families include:CLEMENTS,BARNETT/BARNETTE,POE,LOLLAR,HILL,

My husband's families include:TUCKER,SIMMONS,PAGE,SUMNER,
HOLLOWELL,BURKE. See attached reports.
I'll start with my husband's great-grandfather.
William G. "Bill" Tucker borned ca 1849/1850 married Nancy Jane Simmons on January 20, 1873in Yalobusha Co MS. They had at least
5 children and as of 1910 4 of them were still living. The chldren were-- Wesley Edward "Ed" or W.E. Tucker, Willie, Christiane, Heneriene/Henry, Bertha Mae. Wesley Edward married Mary Susie Sumner, daughter of Samuel Sumner. It is said that the Sumner family disapproved of this marriage. Wesley E. "Ed" loved to drink, gamble, and womanize. The couple lived apart much of their marriage. "Ed" and Susie divorced. He never remarried and died November 10, 1955 at age of 81. Heneriene/Henry married J. W. Patterson February 07, 1911 Tallahatchie Co MS. On February 06, 1913, she married L.L. Holland in Tallahatchie Co MS. Bertha Mae Tucker's first husband was Abe Goad and they had 5 children. Later she married Will Fillyaw
and they had 2 children. I have no information on Willie or Christane. I have not been able to positively identify the parents of William G. "Bill" Tucker. There is a possiblity that
his parents are Roden A. Tucker & Rhoda Hughes Tucker. This family is shown on the 1860 Calhoun Co MS census with a son named
William age 6.
