Samuel of "New London" bought 1/4 of Lot 6 and 12 1/2 a. of lot 4, both adjacent to Robert Folwer's purchase, from Samuel Tilton on 17 Feb 1804. On Feb 8 1805, he sold this property to Oliver Lowell.
Samuel witnessed a neighbor's deed on 13 Dec 1802.
