I am working on the family tree for my children. I am researching my grandfather, Joseph Edward Tyers, born Engalnd 1864, died Stratford, Ontario, Canada, 1954. He came to Canada around the year 1886 via Anne Mc Pherson. His mothers name was Ann and she had a sister living in Ontario around the same time that my grandfather came to Canada. I have been in touch with the Barnardo's in England, but they weren't of much help. I would like to find out what his fathers name was, where he was born etc. If any one can help me I sure would appriciate the help. I am doing both my side and my wifes side, Elenore Jane Mac Donald. I would be glad to share any of the information that I have with you.
