I am researching the Idso, Lehmeier, Lowrie, Ready, and Dornack familys. The Idsos and Lehmeiers are mainly in Iowa, The Lowries, Readys, and Dornacks all ended up in southeastern Minnesota. My grandfather Torval Idso married a Louise Zamzow in or near Morristown, SD in the early 1920's. She died while giving birth to their son Torval Dale Idso. I would appreciate any other information on Louise Zamzow.Also I would like any information on the parents of a George H. Lowrie Sr.He was born in Conn. and came to Plesant Grove, MN at the age of 24 in the late 1800's. Family folklore is that he was a direct decendant of Gov. William Bradford, one of the settlers of the Mayflower, and I would like to deny or confirm this story.
