I AM RESEARCHING THE HARKIN FAMILY WHO EMIGRATED FROM DONEGAL,IRELAND AROUND 1860-1870 TO LIVERPOOL, ENGLAND.PATRICK HARKIN b1817 WAS WITH HIS SON JAMES b1848-1851 AND SETTLED IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY. JAMES MARRIED SUSAN FALLON b DUNDALK CO; LOUTH IN 1856.ONE OF THEIR CHILDREN WAS NAMED MARY AND SHE MARRIED A JOSEPH PATRICK NOLAN. THEY LIVED IN 440 PROSPECT AVE HARTFORD CONNECTICUT U.S.A. IN 1948 BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHEN THEY FIRST ARRIVED IN THE U.S.A. ANYBODY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE HARTFORD CONNECTION ? OR ANY OF THE HARKIN FAMILY. ?
