9. JOHN HALEY³ QUEEN (CHARLES², CHARLES¹) was born Abt. 1776 in Gnatty Creek, Monongalia County, Virginia, and died Abt. 1824 in Meigs County Ohio. He married ELIZABETH WHITE January 11, 1799 in Monongalia County, Virginia [now Harrison County West Virginia], daughter of WILLIAM WHITE. She was born 1778 in Allegany County Maryland, and died in Ohio.

Harrison county was formed in 1784 from Monongalia County. Many of early Harrison County records were still at Monongalia County when they were destroyed by fire in 1796.
1800 tax list shows John Queen owning 158 Acres of land on Rooting Creek in what is now Harrison County West Virginia.
June 3, 1803 John Queen purchased 105 Acres of land from John Huston for 100 pounds in Harrison County Virginia.
John and his brother Charles migrated to some place in the State of Ohio around 1820-30

1850 Census shows Elizabeth living in Megis County, Columbia Twp. next door to Cornelius Queen her son.

10. LEVI L.³ QUEEN (CHARLES², CHARLES¹) was born Abt. 1779 in Peel TreeCreek and Gnatty Creek , Monongalia County, VA., and died Abt. 1850 in Peel Tree, Harrison County, Virginia. He married CATHERINE COBURN August 03, 1802 in Harrison County, Virginia, daughter of JONATHAN COBURN. She was born Abt. 1779 in Coburn`s Creek, Monongalia County Virginia, and died August 20, 1853 in Peeltree, Harrison County, Virginia.

Levi Queen was born, in 1782 and married Catherine ( Coburn ) Lowther widow of Joseph Lowther, daughter of Jonathan Coburn. She had one son when she married Levi L. Queen.Levi lived,and died on a part of the old homestead on Gnatty Creek Harrison County Virginia, now West Virginia.

Catherine Lowther was the widow of Joseph Lowther and had one son, Robert Lowther, when she married Levi L. Queen. She was a daughter of Jonathan Coburn who settled on Gnatty Creek in 1775.
