31. SARAH Q.4 BENNETT (MARY3 QUEEN, CHARLES2, CHARLES1) was born October 10, 1814 in Hackers Creek, Upshur County, Virginia, and died 1874 in Harrison County, West Virginia. She married JAMES JETT QUEEN 1835 in Harrison County, Virginia, son of ARMSTEAD QUEEN and MINNIE JETT. He was born 1813 in Rooting Creek, Harrison County, Virginia, and died 1899 in Harrison County, West Virginia.

AMES JETT QUEEN:

James Jett Queen, a son of Armstead Queen and Minnie (Jett) Queen of the second generation was (born in 1813), died in 1899, aged 86. He owned a large farm one mile below Johnstown on Rooting Creek, in Harrison County, West Virginia. He was a successful farmer and stockman owning fine horses and was a great teamster as there were few rail roads in this country at that time.
About the year of 1835, he married Miss Sarah (Sally) Bennett (born Oct. 10, 1814) his first cousin, a daughter of Mary (Queen) and Moses Bennett.

During the Civil War, he served a year in a Company of State Troops raised at Weston, West Virginia, by J. G. Wilkins. He was in actual service from Sept. 1863 to Sept. 1864.

32. SILAS Q.4 BENNETT (MARY3 QUEEN, CHARLES2, CHARLES1) was born June 29, 1817 in Lewis Cnty, Va, and died in Buckhannon, WestVirginia. He married (1) REBECCA CRITES March 24, 1836. She was born May 28, 1818. He married (2) PHOBE RADABAUGH March 12, 1864 in Hackers Creek, Upshur Cnty, Va.

Silas Bennett, a son of Mary (Queen) Bennett, and Moses Bennett was born into the second generation of the Queen family on June 29th, 1817. He was a farmer and owned and operated a mill on Hacker's Creek. He was elected to the Justice of Peace and held that position for so long that he was named, "Squire Bennett."

He was married twice, his first marriage to a Miss Rebecca Crites (born May 28th, 1819) on Mar. 24th, 1836 and into this union was born (12) children, the mother dying in 1860.
His second marriage was to Mrs. Phoeby (Radabaugh) Foster in the year 1864, and to this union was born (3) children.

He then moved to near Buckhannon, where they were close to his old home farm and lived there for a number of years where he died later and was buried by the side of his first wife in the old Mount Lebanon (Church) Cemetery, four miles west of Buckhannon on the Buckhannon and Clarksburg highway.

James Queen Harvey son of Rezin and Elizabeth Haley ( Queen ) Harvey born March 27, 1807 in Hampshire County Virginia now Mineral County, West Vrginia was a very fine man and very religious and was greatly loved by all who knew him, and stood at the top for honesty and veracity. He married Miss Esther Bean in 1828 and lived on Little Peck's Run, Upshur County, West Virginia.

Marshall Harvey, and John Harvey, were twin brothers, sons of James Queen Harvey and Miss Esther (Bean) Harvey, were both fine men and enlisted into the Federal Army of the Civil War in 1862 and served their country faithfully for (4) long years, when they were honorably discharged and came home unharmed.
Marshall Harvey was married and had two children.
