| We are researching the ancestors and descendants of Daniel Ulam(Abt 1754-1757 to Dec 3,1821). After the Revolutionary War Daniel settled in Westmoreland Co. Pennsylvania near the present town of Avonmore. Daniel and Catherine had nine children. He,his wife and other members of the Ulam family are buried in the Old Hines Cemetery on a hill above Avonmore,PA. Other related names we are researching are: Wolf(e),Klein(Cline),Townsend,Lippincott,Mulvaney,Hill(Jacob,buried in Hill family Cemetery,Parks Township,Armstrong Co.,PA),Rumbaugh,Fortune,and O'Leary. These families resided in Western Pennsylvania into the 20th century. Daniel Ulam Family Tree was contributed to and is published on Volume 28 of the World Family Tree. |
