Ulrich-Adams Families

I am trying to locate information on my German/French ancestors who came through Ellis Island in the early 1900's, approximately 1906-7 ? Theophil Uhlrich & his wife Stefania.
I know that Theophil was a Baker and that he had a brother Louis who also came over approximately at the same time and made his home in Illinois. I know that he worked at the Chicago Athletic Club, and had approximately 13 children, I think 2 sets of twins..
