I have been researching the Mennig family and their related lines for over thirty years. The first of our Mennig line was Johannes and Maria Mennig, Minnich, Minnick, Menig who settled in Rapho Township, Lancsaster County in the state of PA. I also have researched my grandmothers Schumacher, Shoemakers and their related lines in Lehigh, Northampton and Berks County. My husbands Ulrich line decends from Adam Ulrich who settled in Berks County and married Catharine Benfield. I would enjoy hearing from people who connects to any of my lines. I will share any information or documentation I have gathered through the years from local courthouses, cemeteries and history books. |
