We are researching the Argo line of Etowah County, Alabama stretching also into Georgia. This line leads down to the Underwoods of which my husband is one. We are also researching the Staggs line on my side of the family. The ones I am aware of are mostly from the Northeastern section of Alabama including my grandfather Jesse Ardale Staggs.
